On January 14, 2013, The Pietz Law Firm filed an Opposition to Prenda Law’s motion to disqualify Judge Wright from the Central District of California AF Holdings, LLC and Ingenuity 13, LLC cases. As part of the opposition, the firm filed a comprehensive Declaration of Morgan Pietz re Prenda Law, and Exhibits thereto.
